Shipping policy

Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service. For international orders shipping time depends on weight and location.

We ship orders the day of or next day depending on time ordered.

We assist with orders within no later than 30 days of your purchase. 
Once orders are in USPS possession we no longer have control of the package. 
The tracking provided to you is the tracking provided to us as we are not internal partners of USPS.

If your package fails to arrive within no later than two weeks of purchase for international deliveries or 7 business days for domestic deliveries, please reach out to USPS or file a claim with USPS for your package.

Please make us aware if USPS needs Femmagic to file the claim on your behalf. If the claim is approved, we can arrange for reshipment of your package. In this case, a shipping fee will be paid by customer and we will reship your order.
